The Chief Advisor held an urgent meeting with 127 police officials.

 

The Chief Advisor, Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, has convened an urgent meeting with 127 officials from various levels of the police regarding the law and order situation.

The meeting commenced on Monday, March 17, at approximately 11:15 AM at the Chief Advisor's office in Tejgaon, with the Chief Advisor presiding over the session.

Prior to this, on Sunday, during a regular press conference at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital, the Deputy Press Secretary to the Chief Advisor, Abul Kalam Azad Majumdar, indicated that there is a growing concern among the public regarding the law and order situation. In light of this, the Chief Advisor is set to meet with field-level police officials from across the country on Monday.

He further stated that the Chief Advisor will engage with 127 senior police officials to discuss the current law and order conditions and provide various directives.
