To avoid health risks, eliminate the use of plastic bottles.

Nowadays, most people use plastic bottles to drink water. Plastic bottles are easier to carry than glass and steel bottles.

Moreover, plastic bottles can be used for a long time. That is why most people use plastic bottles. Using plastic bottles for a long time is very harmful to health.

However, if there are cracks, scratches or bad odors in the bottle, they should be replaced immediately. Even if nothing like this is seen in the bottle, it should be replaced within 6 months. Because bacteria can grow in the corners and cracks of the bottle. Therefore, to keep the bottle clean, it should be cleaned with hot water and soap every day.

The chemical substance called bisphenol A (BPA) released from plastic bottles can disrupt the body's hormonal system and cause long-term health problems, including the risk of cancer.

Research says that excessive use of plastic bottles is clogging drains, increasing the level of chemical-contaminated waterways and microplastics. The environment is being severely damaged due to these reasons. Researchers say that these bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) remain intact for about 450 years. They gradually break down into microplastics and release harmful chemicals. The scary thing is that these toxic substances are also making their way into the human ecosystem, including the food chain.
