After suffering three consecutive defeats, Hamza's Sheffield United has returned to victory.

 

Sheffield United's last win was against Coventry City. They then lost three consecutive matches. They lost 1-0 to Oxford United, 1-0 to Millwall and 2-1 to Plymouth. Finally, Hamza Chowdhury's team got a win. They defeated Cardiff City 2-0 on Friday night.

A video circulating on social media shows a Cardiff footballer receiving a ball in a completely empty space. There is no one in front except the goalkeeper.

The footballer almost entered the box with the ball. Hamza Chowdhury ran from a long distance and made a tackle that could have prevented a penalty and saved the team from a goal. Hamza was successful in both.

Gustavo Hammer scored for Sheffield in this match in the 33rd minute and Ben Brereton Diaz scored in the 87th minute to ensure Sheffield's victory.

With this victory, Sheffield United is in third place in the English League Championship with 86 points after 43 matches. Burnley is in second place with 91 points after 43 matches and Leeds United is at the top. There are still three rounds of matches left in the league. Where Sheffield will face Burnley, Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers.
