Hasan Ali has apologized for his comments regarding Babar Azam.

In 2023, Hasan Ali made a comment about Babar Azam. During the ODI World Cup that year, the pacer called the Pakistani batter a 'king'. He apologized for his comment two years later.

During the 2023 World Cup, Hasan called Babar 'King' and meant, 'He will make the king.' He probably meant that even if the others don't get runs, Babar will still score runs. But Babar did not get any more runs. He has failed consistently.

Now, Hasan apologized for that statement at a press conference of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He said, 'If people now think that he cannot make the king and say that Babar will return to scoring runs, then I am willing to say that.'

'Earlier, I said, he will make the king. Then a lot happened. People have said a lot. If anyone thinks that I was wrong to make him a king, then I apologize. But my statement remains the same. Babar is the best. He will return to scoring runs. Bad times come to everyone,' added Hasan.

Incidentally, Hasan is playing for Karachi Kings in the current PSL. He has been in great form since the start of the tournament. He has taken 5 wickets in the first two matches. Apart from this, he also scored 27 runs in 25 balls with the bat in the second match.
