Babar finally returned to the team. However, former Pakistani pacer Sohail Tanvir does not want the two together in the Pakistan T20 team. He has also raised questions about playing the two together.

According to him, the similar slow batting style of both of them does not suit the current T20 cricket and creates pressure on the team at the beginning. In a discussion given on a local social media platform, Tanvir said, "Both Babar and Rizwan are quality batsmen. But their style of play does not go with the pace of T20."

He said that their batting style is not at all T20-standard. Sohail said, "They may increase their strike rate in the middle of the innings, but by then the match is often out of hand."

Tanvir believes that Pakistan can get out of this situation by playing someone else in place of one of Babar and Rizwan. If Sahibzada Farhan or any other aggressive batsman was given a chance, the team would have gained momentum early on, he believes.

Pakistan's bowling has been at the peak of its form for a long time. However, this time it is the turn of the batters to perform, Sohail believes. He said, "The bowlers are not as consistent as before. As a result, now the batsmen have to take responsibility."

Tanvir advised Babar and Rizwan to change their style of play, saying, "It is not that you have to hit sixes with every ball. But you have to show a little more intent, you have to understand the situation."

Tanvir specifically targeted Babar Azam, saying, "He is a very skilled batter. But the question is, does he want to change himself? Batsmen like Kohli or Williamson have also changed their game, Babar can do the same.’
