Ukraine and Russia agree on prisoner exchange

 

Ukraine and Russia have finally agreed to a prisoner swap. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kiev and Moscow will soon start working on a new prisoner swap.

He made the remarks after the second round of peace talks in Istanbul, Turkey, on Monday. The meeting was hosted by Turkey.

The first round of talks last month ended without any significant results.
